Pre-wet and protect

Apply and dwell

Do you offer house washing everywhere on the North Shore?

How often should I wash the outside of my house?
Near the ocean or harbour, every 12 months keeps salt and mould under control. Further inland or with little shade, every 18 to 24 months is usually enough.
Will soft washing hurt my garden?
We pre-wet plants, use the solution at a dilution that's safe for gardens and rinse everything afterwards. Very delicate plants near the wall can be covered.
Can you wash a two or three storey house?
Yes. Our equipment reaches three storeys from the ground in most cases, so no scaffolding or roof access is needed for the walls.
Do you clean windows as part of a house wash?
The outside of the glass and frames is rinsed as part of the wash. A detailed streak-free window clean is a separate job.
Will a wash remove black streaks under the eaves?
Most of the time, yes. Those streaks are usually mould and dirt washed down from the roof, and the soft wash solution lifts them.
