Exterior cleaning in Seaforth
Seaforth homes cling to the hillside above Middle Harbour. Tiled terraces, multi-level pools and big rendered walls are typical, and so is the moss in their shade.

Seaforth 2092
Seaforth homes and what they need
Seaforth stretches from the shops on Sydney Road down to the water at Peach Tree Bay and along the Seaforth Crescent and Ponsonby Parade waterfront. The Wakehurst Parkway and Burnt Bridge Creek bush mark its northern edge.
A lot of Seaforth's houses are 1960s and 1970s homes that have been extended or replaced by large rendered houses with multiple levels of terrace. Outdoor tiles, glass balustrades and rendered walls cover more area than the roof on many of them.
Outdoor tiles and grout
Porcelain and ceramic outdoor tiles look clean from a distance while the grout goes dark. We clean the tile and the grout lines, then rinse and squeegee so tiles dry without water spots. Sealing the grout afterwards keeps it lighter for longer.
Big rendered walls
Tall rendered walls facing south across the harbour grow mould quickly. A soft wash removes it without the risk of cracking render or stripping paint, and reaches up to three storeys from the ground.

Nathan just completed a pressure wash of our travertine pavers under our alfresco area, around the pool and the sundeck. What an absolutely fantastic job. Nathan is punctual, knowledgeable, polite and left our place neat and tidy. We will certainly be calling him back on a regular basis and can highly recommend him.
Nathan provided a reliable and professional property maintenance. Great work, fair pricing, and excellent communication. Highly recommend!
Nathan did a great job washing the external sides of our house. The weatherboard was dirty and had cobwebs. Nathan went above and beyond our expectations, the house was perfectly clean and all the cobwebs were gone.

Still have a question?
Talk to Nathan directly. He quotes and attends every job himself.
Can you clean dark grout on outdoor tiles?
Yes. We treat and scrub the grout lines as part of the clean, and can seal the grout afterwards to keep it lighter.
Do you clean balconies on upper levels?
Yes. We protect the area below and control runoff so water doesn't end up on the level underneath.
Will soft washing stain my windows?
No. Glass and frames are rinsed thoroughly as part of the wash, so no residue is left behind.
Can you work on a house with no flat ground?
Yes. Most Seaforth homes are on slopes. We bring long hoses and carry what we need.
How often do Seaforth homes need washing?
Homes facing the harbour usually look best with a wash every 12 to 18 months.
How far are you from Seaforth?
