When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, suburb, property details, any notes and any photos you upload. Our website may also collect technical information such as your browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare and send a quote, arrange and carry out the work, and contact you about it. We don't sell your information or share it with third parties for their marketing.

Photos

Photos you upload are used only to prepare your quote. We never use photos of your home for marketing without your written permission.

Storage and security

Enquiries are stored on our website system and email, which are protected with access controls. We keep enquiry records only as long as we need them for the purposes above or as required by law.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing admin@elitepropertynorthernbeaches.com.au.
