Pool area cleaning for Palm Beach homes
Palm Beach is in the Northern Beaches Council area, about 20 minutes from our base in Elanora Heights. The houses range from old timber weekenders to large modern homes with sandstone terraces, infinity pools and walls of glass.
Salt from the ocean and from salt water pools builds up in coping. Regular rinsing and a breathable sealer protect the stone.
Pools on terraced sites are cleaned with run-off controlled level by level.
How often in Palm Beach
For most Palm Beach homes, pool area cleaning is worth doing every 12 months. Salt and sand build up quickly this close to the water.
What affects the quote in Palm Beach
- Waterfront: wash water near Pittwater may need to be contained and collected.
- Steep access: carrying gear down stairs and running long hoses adds time.
- Pools: run-off has to be kept out of the water, and coping is often a different stone from the terrace.
Every quote is fixed and itemised by surface after a quick inspection.
