How often should terracotta tile cleaning be done in Wheeler Heights?
For most homes in Wheeler Heights, every 12 to 18 months. Homes under trees need it more often.
Do you offer terracotta tile cleaning across Wheeler Heights?
Yes. Wheeler Heights is about 10 minutes from our base in Elanora Heights, and we also work in Collaroy Plateau and Narrabeen nearby.
What affects the price of terracotta tile cleaning in Wheeler Heights?
Mostly the size of the area and the surfaces involved. We inspect first and give you a fixed price, itemised by surface.
What sealer do you use on terracotta?
It depends on the tile and the look you want. Outdoors we usually prefer a breathable penetrating sealer.
How long does restoration take?
Stripping, cleaning and sealing are separated by drying time, so restoration usually runs over more than one day.
Do you clean terracotta roof tiles?
Roofs get our roof treatment instead, which kills moss and mould over about 12 months with no pressure on the tiles.
