How often should concrete cleaning be done in Terrey Hills?
For most homes in Terrey Hills, every 12 months. Homes under trees need it more often.
Do you offer concrete cleaning across Terrey Hills?
Yes. Terrey Hills is about 15 minutes from our base in Elanora Heights, and we also work in Duffys Forest and Ingleside nearby.
What affects the price of concrete cleaning in Terrey Hills?
Mostly property size; bush debris. We inspect first and give you a fixed price, itemised by surface.
Will pressure cleaning damage my concrete?
Not at the right pressure. Old or weak concrete can lose surface fines, so we test first.
Should concrete be sealed after cleaning?
Sealing makes the next clean easier and protects against oil. It's optional.
Can you clean coloured concrete?
Yes, at reduced pressure so the colour coat isn't stripped.
